This Privacy Policy explains what happens to your information when you use the Lead Flow Audit at leadflowaudit.netlify.app.

What we collect

When you complete the audit, we ask for your name and email address before showing your result. You can also optionally share your website URL if you'd like a website review alongside your score.

Your answers to the 10 audit questions are used only in your browser to calculate your score. They are not stored on a server as part of a personal profile or history.

How we use it

• Your name and email are sent to Formspree, our form-handling provider, so we can see that you completed the audit and follow up with your result if needed.
• Your name, email, website URL (if provided), score, and result summary are also sent to Make.com, which we use to run simple automations — for example, routing your result or triggering a short website review if you shared a URL.
• We use your email to send you the result you asked for and, only where there's a genuine fit, to follow up about booking a free review call. We don't use it for unrelated marketing.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your information to third parties.
• We don't maintain user accounts, logins, or a stored history of your past audits — each visit is independent.
• We don't use advertising trackers or sell data to ad networks on this site.

Third-party processors

We rely on the following third-party services to run this page. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data on their systems:

• Formspree — email form handling
• Make.com — webhook automation
• TidyCal — call booking, only if you choose to book a call
• Netlify — website hosting

Your rights

You can ask us to delete your information at any time by contacting us at hello@leadflowaudit.co.uk. Because we don't keep a database of past results ourselves, in most cases this means deleting the record held with Formspree and/or Make.com, which we'll action on your behalf.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the latest version.
