What this tool is

The Lead Flow Audit is a self-assessment tool. You answer a fixed set of multiple-choice questions about how your business currently handles enquiries, follow-up, and bookings, and the tool calculates a score using a fixed, transparent formula. It does not scan your website, analyse your marketing, or use AI to generate your result — the diagnosis and recommendations are pre-written and matched to your weakest scoring category.

Not professional advice

Your result is a general starting point based on your own answers, not tailored professional, legal, or financial advice. You're responsible for how you choose to act on it. If you'd like a more detailed, personalised review, you can book an optional call — see below.

Optional review call

You may choose to book a free review call via TidyCal after seeing your result. Booking is entirely optional, there's no obligation to buy anything afterwards, and we won't add you to a hard sales sequence.

Accuracy

We've built this tool carefully, but we don't guarantee the result is error-free, or that following the suggested actions will produce any particular outcome for your business.

Acceptable use

Please don't use this tool to submit false information on someone else's behalf without their knowledge, or attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or reverse-engineer the site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
